The past two years have shown a significant increase in the demand for our services which has resulted in the number of employees rising from 40 to 46. With the increase in our services and capabilities we are actively looking to increase staff levels further. To facilitate this increase and anticipated further growth, there has been a re-organisation of the Senior Management Team to produce a more efficient management structure. Previously the four Senior Managers reported directly to the Directors. In the restructuring a new position has been created, Chief Operating Officer, between the Directors and Senior Managers. This has been filled by David Hawkins who will still maintain his role as Head of Quality Assurance and IT.
John Welch has become Head of Business Operations, taking on the management of non-analytical departments, whilst David Riches, Head of Analytical Operations, and David Bell, Head of Projects, continue in their previous roles.
